When our client's first asked us to come over for an initial consultation, we were originally only looking to remodel within their main living areas. Right outside the kitchen, we discovered a larger enclosed patio and knew how much value this could add to their home. Thankfully, they trusted us and we removed exterior walls to make livable square footage that would double the size of their kitchen, master bathroom, add a 4th bedroom, powder room and laundry room!
We loved the original architecture of the home, it just needed up an updated color palette and some dimension. To stay with the modern look that was inside the home, we chose modern and neutral colors for the exterior. The exterior focal wall was brought to life with black steel planters and low maintenance desert plants.
This once very small, single vanity bathroom got a huge upgrade! By removing an exterior wall, we were able to move the location of just about everything in this bathroom to make room for a 6 foot double vanity, large shower with a bench and full heigh storage. We continued the modern look in this master bathroom with black and white tiles and porcelain concrete floor tile!
