This 1980's home had wonderful characteristics that we carried through the renovation. The original flat roof with decorative trim was the perfect canvas for a Modern Spanish Renovation! We opted for darker porcelain wood grain tile throughout with fun pops of color with decor. We had a lot of fun with both the master and guest bathroom floors! We hope you enjoy the transformation as much as we enjoyed seeing it all come to life!
After removing the soffit, which we always try to do whenever possible, we were able to add additional recessed and pendant lighting to this open kitchen. A subtle yet full of character backsplash compliments every aspect of the newly remodeled kitchen. We brought in natural wooden touched on the custom hood trim, floating shelves and corals under the kitchen island countertops.
