Charming Winchcomb was purchased sight unseen! It was an older house in a great neighborhood, and we knew that we could make it into something special. From removing the arch above the front door, to adding black shutters on the windows and painting the exterior in a crisp black and white color scheme offered curb appeal that was missing from this once very monotonous view of the front yard.
We completely transformed the feel of this house from the outside in and turned this once generic house into a place for new homebuyers to be proud to call their home!

The original galley kitchen, drop down ceiling and cabinets that blocked the view of the fireplace all had to go. We created an open concept kitchen by removing all of the items listed above and opening this kitchen up to the beautifully updated fireplace and Family Room. Recessed lighting, a goose neck light above the new farmhouse sink and a subtle grey oversized subway tile backsplash all complimented this bright white kitchen!
