This single family home in Scottsdale was a 6 week, full renovation. A local wholesaler brought this deal to me, and I saw the potential as soon as I walked inside. We were able to modernize this home while still maintaining some of the original characteristics that made this house unique.
We kept the original maple hardwood floors and had them completely refinished and freshly stained, the original arched windows added so much charm on the outside as well as the interior of the home and the wood plank ceiling in the family room are just a few of the original characteristics that we kept. 
The location is close to Kierland and Scottsdale Quarter in a very established neighborhood. By removing two walls in the home, we were able to create a desirable open concept floor plan that many home buyers are looking for today! 
The exterior of this home was in desperate need of improvements. We opted for a modern, smooth stucco finish, replaced the front exterior beams and personally hand stenciled every entryway tile for a "wow" factor. We love a pop of color on the front door, and the green was the color of choice for this newly black and white exterior. 
No space was wasted in this kitchen remodel. All of the soffits were removed to enhance the height of the space. We adjusted the overall layout to maximize the floorplan which allowed for more countertop space for entertaining as well as a new location for a wine or coffee bar!
New custom soft-close cabinetry, Quartz countertops and a Calacatta Gold marble backsplash enhanced the look and overall feel of this kitchen.
