McLellan was a purely cosmetic remodel that was completed in just under 6 weeks, and sold in 10 days! The exterior needed fresh paint, a new garage door and the addition of a few new plants to give this home an entirely different feel. We kept the original solid wood front door and updated it with a nautical blue for a nice pop of color.
It is always a nice surprise to walk into a kitchen with vaulted ceilings! New flooring throughout was an instant updated from the red brick linoleum floors! We finished this kitchen remodel with white shaker cabinets, subway tile backsplash and chrome accents.
